I was seen by Dr. Cari Sorrell and I am very pleased with every aspect of the clinic. Dr. Sorrell is very caring and thorough. Everyone there is very pleasent and competent, making it a well run clinic. They have my highest recommendation."
"Dr Timothy Miller has been my Gastroenterologist for the last 3 years. His nurses are super responsive, returning messages within the same day. Prescriptions are always called in on time and refills are available when Dr Miller says they will be available. The dreaded colonoscopy was painless and I’ll schedule another one in 10 years!!! Dr Miller also has a great bedside manner / office manner. He is very personable and explains everything where I can understand. I would highly recommend Dr Timothy Miller!!!"
"My experience with Dr. Kensing has been very good. Even when the office is busy, he will take time to question and understand your symptoms and complaints to "get to the 'bottom' of your situation". He is very easygoing and calm in his mannerism and helps you feel comfortable immediately. After my first colonoscopy he came to my husband and me and visited with us about the results. He was very confident and reassuring about the results. I would highly recommend him as a gastroenterologist."

"Dr Jabor and his office are the best. I don’t know how they stay so organized, but they do and they do it well. I always get prompt return of phone calls, they are quick to handle prescription refills, and they deal with the mail in pharmacy headache very proficiently. I love that they have their own endoscopy center, and the colonoscopy prep they do is easy to tolerate. I didn’t realize I had been mismanaged by another doc in town until I came to Dr Jabor and got truly the best care. I cannot recommend him and LDDA enough."
"Dr Rakvit is a great doctor with awesome bedside manners! I feel like she goes above and beyond her scope in making sure that you fully understand what is going on. Dr Rakvit answers all your questions, and I feel she talks to you in a professional manner that allows you understand. I feel that Dr. Rakvit really is there for you… and she super sweet too! The office staff is wonderful, from the front staff to the back staff! And I feel that Dr Rakvit’s nurse is awesome!!! And if you need to have an EGD or colonoscopy, they have their procedure area next door for easy scheduling. The procedure area staff is also very nice and efficient! High five to all of the LDDA doctors & office staff!!! You all rock!!!"

"The staff are all very professional and Dr Kensing was very easy to talk to and he really seemed to be genuinely concerned and asked many questions. He had very good "bedside" manners. What I really appreciated was how tDr Kensing's office was set up ....the billing and insurances area was far from the lobby and front reception workers which made me feel at ease and the cubicles provided the privacy that we want when sharing financial matters. Prior to coming to Dr KensIng, I had taken my son for a colonoscopy at another well known place here in Lubbock with a Dr. Block. Ugh I and was completely disgusted with the unprofessional way the front office workers were acting..... They were talking about a current patient and joking on her as well as calling to verify insurance and giving out very very private info right in front of everyone in the waiting area. And the Dr at that other clinic didn't seem to care at all about his patients. The difference between that place and Dr Kensing's office and staff was immense. I felt so relieved when I was there He is probably the best Dr I've ever been seen by. The staff was kind and even the insurance and billing lady was a hoot! If you need your colon checked out .... Go to Dr. Kensing. You will see the difference. Thanks to everyone at that office. Y'all are great."

"I was extremely ill for over a month. Went to my primary care doctor who immediately told me she was going to call Dr. Jabor right then. I have been going to him for many years for my colonoscopys. He performed another colonoscopy and found that I had developed colitis. I was on medication for 3 months and doing great. It is something that still can reoccur but I am not having to take any medication for it. I highly recommend him."
"This is my second colonoscopy with Dr. Kelly Kensing and if anyone can make the experience less stressful and “enjoyable” it is him. He is very thorough and takes the time to listen to your thoughts, explain the procedure and provide details afterward. I truly appreciate him not only as a doctor but also as a caring individual."

"Dr Ganga is wonderful! Great bedside manner. Really listens to her patients. The office and other staff have been wonderful each time myself or other family members have needed to call. My brother was in process of testing for kidney transplant approval. He needed a colonoscopy as part of his clearance. OF course I said, we're making an appointment with Dr. Ganga. The office staff & the nurses were great in working with this first time patient, getting the needed paperwork where it had to go, etc. First class treatment all the way!"
