The receptionists, both in the office and endoscopy office are friendly and made the process simple and efficient. The nurse practitioner was excellent! The nursing staff was wonderful. I highly recommend him!! This practice runs well and highly coordinated. Thank you!

Everyone friendly, Doctor was exceptional
Everyone was very friendly, from being greeted at the door to inside the office. I did not have to wait very long to get into a room to be seen by the Nurse Practitioner.
The front desk was friendly and efficient. I was taken back to see my provider in a very timely manner. I felt the provider listened carefully and treated me respectfully. I left the office satisfied 100% that my needs were addressed properly! Well done!!
Staff were very friendly and my appt was so quick and easy. Even when it was time for the billing part that was explained very well I walked out of the clinic very impressed. Lauren was super friendly she greeted us with a hand shake and made it very comfortable to even ask questions.
I wrote down the wrong time and got there 45 minutes late. The receptionist was so polite and so helpful and was able to fit me in. I know that this is not something that can be done quite often. That is very appreciated. Nurse practitioner was very polite and professional. I’ve been coming to this establishment for several years and have never had an issue. I can tell that the amount of professionalism and dedication to duty is why this establishment has a high reputation.
Awesome staff! Very friendly, helpful and caring! The nurse who administered my IV was very nice, the anesthesiologist was super informative and Dr. Ganga was great and was able to answer all my questions!! It was my first time getting an EGD and it went super smooth!

I have nothing but praise for LDDA! The staff is great-efficient and courteous. Dr. Miller and Lauren, his PA, have worked with me patiently and my issues are improving.

It’s always a great even for the visits reason. From the front desk to the sign out. Great people great Dr. my fav is Dr Tim but I bet they all share the same outlook. Get you feeling better as fast as they can.

These folks are ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. Dr. Rakvit is SO great, she is VERY personable and caring and even stopped what she was doing to say “goodbye” to us as we were leaving. I’ve been a RN for over 24 years and I have NEVER seen a provider do that to anyone— and as a patient, my family and I were so appreciative of everything. As the nurses and CRNA, they are FABULOUS. SO caring and attentive. I was feeling absolutely awful when I came in for my procedure- I felt dehydrated, and just ill— the prep was extremely difficult this go around and the nurse and CRNA collaborated and made sure that it was safe enough for me to have the procedure, and addressed my condition prior to the procedure to ensure my health- again, as a nurse AND a patient, this meant a lot to me. So the amazing care, the teamwork, and just the overall quality and experience was great with these folks. They truly care about their patients.
